Shipping Disclosure for Luminous Olivia Products

At Luminous Olivia, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping terms and conditions below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions/countries:

Luminous Olivia ships to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. Additional costs apply, which will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the products ordered and the destination address. The total shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within1-3 business days. Processing times are not included in the estimated shipping time.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Luminous Olivia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, Luminous Olivia is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once the carrier has taken possession of the package. Returns

1. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or customs issues, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Refunds on unclaimed orders may be issued at our discretion, excluding shipping fees.

2. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy:

  • You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
